Germany Action Plan Review 2023–2025 - For Public Comment

Comment until 5 July 2024.

In 2024, the Independent Reporting Mechanism (IRM) published the Action Plan Review for Germany's fourth action plan. The report provides a technical review of the action plan's characteristics and the strengths and challenges the IRM identifies to inform a stronger implementation process. The report is available in English and in German. The public is invited to review and comment on this report from 21 June 2024 until close of business 5 July 2024.

Keine Ergänzungen zu den Ergebnissen und der eingearbeiteten / berücksichtigten Rückmeldungen. Grds. inhaltliche Zustimmung. Auch an dieser Stelle noch einmal die Bitte, in den Beteiligungsprozessen zur eigentlichen Erarbeitung der NAPs auf modernere, niederschwelligere Tools / Formate zu setzen, Ferien-/Urlaubszeiten zu berücksichtigen bzw. angemessenere Fristen einzuräumen.
